What’s the difference? How do I know which avenue to take? Nacha has systems in place to address claims for compensation between Participating DFIs, settlement of disputes arising under the Nacha Operating Rules between Participating DFIs and the rules enforcement procedures when one party breaches the Warranties under the Nacha Operating Rules. There are major differences between Rules Violations, Compensation and Arbitration and when they are to be utilized. This session will help you determine when you would use them, how long you have to file, the dollar limits on each, any filing fees and how the process works.
