Ensuring that your financial institution is compliant with laws, rules, and regulations is critical, especially when it comes to payment processing.   This workshop helps participants understand the impact of these on various payment channels and is a must for Compliance Officers or any individual responsible for payment processing compliance. Understanding the multi-layered regulatory requirements can help your institution identify potential problems and address issues of noncompliance. This workshop will focus on Nacha Operating Rules compliance related to both receiving and originating ACH Entries. We will also address additional payment channels such as check, and wire transfers, focusing on other laws and regulations including:  UCC 3, UCC4 & UCC 4A, BSA, and Federal Regulations D, E, J, CC, GG to name a few!

Attendees will leave the session with an understanding of:
1. Regulatory requirements related to payment processing;
2. Additional Rules and laws that impact payments.
