ODFIs took the brunt of the fraud because most of it was unauthorized debit Entries. Enter credit-push fraud, money mules, and scammers tricking your accountholders into authorizing payments for goods or services they will never receive. In this session, we’ll explore the risks that RDFIs face in the ACH Network and talk about how they can reduce some of those risks. We’ll look at Nacha’s new Risk Management Framework for the Era of Credit-Push Fraud and the new Rules issued to support that framework. Finally, we’ll review regulatory and RMAG (Nacha’s Risk Management Advisory Group) guidance that can help keep your institution safe(r). Come join us as we tackle ACH Risk Management for RDFIs.
