Cancellations received after close of business on Friday, October 10, 2025, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after close of business on Friday, November 7, 2025. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows are responsible for entire conference fee. ***HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm ET October 13th. Please note, available inventory may sell out prior to cut off date. Once the room block has been filled, reservations will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing guestroom rate. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the group at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time is after 5:00 pm ET. Checkout time is by 11:00 am ET.
Marriott's cancellation policy requires guestrooms to be cancelled by 4:00 pm (2) two days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the first night's room rate being charged to the guest. A valid cancellation number is necessary to avoid a no-show charge.
