This course is intended for all participants in a corporate ACH (CCD) transaction:
• RDFIs should be prepared for the unique needs of corporate Receivers including access to addenda information and what may be presented in lieu of a traditional authorization for transactions.
• ODFIs and Originators need to understand these unique rules for corporate transactions, and what these rules mean. This course lays the foundation to help Originators increase their understanding of the rules, avoid possible rules violations, and reduce potential liability associated with improper or unauthorized transactions.
In this session attendees will:
• Review the ACH CCD Rules
• Define CCD and CCD+
• Record options to supply corporate Receivers with requested information
• Explore common uses
• Recognize return options, including out-of-network thru a Breach of Warranty claim
