The Federal Reserve has 12 Operating Circulars that a participating financial institution must comply with. From time to time, they get updated and its imperative that as a participating institution you understand how these changes have an impact on you and ensure your procedures are updated.
This session will review the 11 (yes 11 because 1 is reserved for future use) Operating Circulars and how they align with how you operate with the Federal Reserve product lines including highlighting the recent changes to the Circulars in 2023.
