Knowing what is required under applicable rules, laws, and regulations can be daunting and even when you think you get it right you might receive a late check return or a letter citing UCC, and you just aren’t sure what you need to do next. What’s worse, your boss may be putting pressure on you to reduce the amount of check losses you are taking, and you are likely left saying I just don’t know what to do!

We will not explain what these are but use case studies from actual NEACH member calls and industry situations to explain step-by-step how to respond and act.
