Welcome to the School of Retail Banking. In this introductory course, we will begin our journey in understanding how Retail Staff are the gatekeepers to their financial institution risk profile. In many cases the retail staff are the first to know about any issues that are occurring with an account and have requirements regarding reporting any suspicious activity. Not only do they need to offer stellar customer/member service, but they also must remember all Regulations that they must comply with while dealing with everyday transactions. In addition, we will explain program expectations, upcoming live session dates, NEACH U Community access, and other resources available to help you be successful in the School of Retail Banking.
Throughout your journey in the school, you will receive key content that will assist you in your career advancement as well as offer a foundation to any staff in Retail Banking. The topics in the school are created with the understanding that the Retail Banking department juggles many tasks day in and day out and we will explore how that juggling act all comes together to create knowledgeable and productive team.
