This webinar will provide new ways for member financial institutions to mitigate ACH risk. The instructor will additionally discuss best practices for doing so using the OCC Bulletin 2006-39 as a guide.

Attendees are encouraged to access: The Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines 2023, OCC Bulletin 2006-39 on ACH Risk Management, ACH Risk Management Handbook, and the ACH Compliance Manual.

• Learn about establishing effective exposure limits for internal ACH Origination and Corporate Origination
• Identify the warranties and responsibilities that weigh on ODFIs
• Recognize the need for – and benefits of – ongoing ACH training and well documented daily ACH procedures
