Teller, platform or call center staff speak to your customers/members regarding unauthorized payments or stop payments.  Choosing the correct way to handle these instances is crucial, and will eliminate the need for the consumer to return to the branch if given the incorrect form to complete. This session is geared for those individuals who receive consumer disputes. Participants will learn the differences in the forms and how to handle each types of dispute.
