Begin your Payments Management Conference experience by joining the Pre-Conference Workshop. The workshop will take place from 1:00 - 4:30 pm on Sunday, May 18th and is worth up to 3.6 AAP/APRP CEU. The Welcome Reception will take place following the Workshop from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. You are able to register and attend the Pre-Conference Workshop and Welcome Reception even if you are not able to attend the rest of the Conference.

*CANCELLATIONS: Written notice of cancellation received prior to close of business on Friday, April 25, 2025, will entitle registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received after close of business on Friday, April 25, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after close of business on Friday, May 16, 2025. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows are responsible for entire conference fee. **EVENT REGISTRATIONS: The Registration price listed above is for one (1) attendee on-site at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Registration will close at 5:00 pm ET on 5/16/2025.
***HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm ET on April 25th. Please note, available inventory may sell out prior to cut off date. Once the room block has been filled, reservations will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing guestroom rate. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the group at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm ET Monday thru Saturday and after 5:00 pm ET on Sunday. Checkout time is by 11:00 am ET.
Foxwood's cancellation policy requires guestrooms to be cancelled by 4:00 pm (2) two days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the first night's room rate being charged to the guest. A valid cancellation number is necessary to avoid a no-show charge.
