Welcome to the School of Daily Operations. In this introductory course, we will begin our journey in understanding how the Operations department plays a vital role in the financial institution’s success. In this session we will review the two programs within the school and lay the groundwork for understanding what option best fits into your career goals. In addition, we will explain program expectations, upcoming live session dates, NEACH U Community access, and other resources available to help you be successful in the School of Daily Operations.
Throughout your journey in the school, you will receive key content that will assist you in your career advancement as well as offer a foundation to any staff in the Operations department. The topics in the school are created with the understanding that the Operations department juggles many tasks day in and day out and we will explore how that juggling act all comes together to create knowledgeable and productive team.
Attendees of the Introduction to the School of Daily Operations should walk away being able to:
