An ongoing challenge for front line staff is determining what type of error the account holder is reporting.  Is it a check issue, ACH entry, or maybe a debit card transaction? In order for front line staff to effectively handle account holder issues, it's important for them to be able to identify what type of transaction has posted. This session is designed to help front line staff distinguish these transactions in order to handle customer inquiries and disputes appropriately eliminating confusion for the consumer.
