The School of Retail Banking provides those working in frontline banking roles with a greater understanding of payments. The School of Retail Banking, and its contents, are available via the NEACH University enrollment process. Graduates of The School of Retail Banking will be given an overview of payments and a better understanding of their role, requirements, and benefits in financial services. Topics such as a payment overview, applicable rules and regulations, consumer and business offerings, modernization, and fraud will be explored.

This program benefits those in front-line banking roles who want to expand their knowledge of payments. The School of Retail Banking allows NEACH University to reach a new audience and help them better understand how payments impact financial institutions, customers, and employees.


Learning Outcomes:
• Learners completing the School of Retail Banking should be able to discuss the main characteristics of different payment channels.
• Learners should be able to list the primary payment mechanisms in the U.S.
• Learners should be able to explain the differences between ACH, Checks, Wires, Cards, and Instant Payments.


Program and Course Timeline
The School of Retail Banking opens in January 2024, and students must complete all courses and related coursework by the end of December 2024 to be eligible for graduation from the program.
