ACH has its own set of complicated Rules, but what impact do other regulations and laws have on the ACH Network? What happens when the ACH Rules conflict with another regulation or law? This session will cover the legal framework of the ACH Network and provide some guidance on what to do when the Rules don’t quite line up with other laws and regulations.
