Our executive-style live event will be held in Newport, RI at the Hotel Viking. The event will kick off on Sunday, September 15th with a fireside chat reception and mixology lesson. Come join us for cocktails and good conversation where event speakers, NEACH President & CEO Sean Carter, board members, and NEACH staff will come together to talk about the future state of payments and strategize on how organizations should position themselves for the future.
On Monday, September 16th enjoy a one-track program curated with speakers addressing generational changes and needs, adapting workforces, government movements, new technologies, and more. Our one-track program has been specifically designed to ensure all attendees get the opportunity to hear from our esteemed speaker lineup. Exclusive to the rates above, there will be a reduced resort fee of $20 per room per day charged at checkout.
Valet Parking only is available at $20 per car, per night. Day valet rates are available at $10 per car, per day.

**REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: Written notice of cancellation received prior to close of business on Friday, August 16, 2024, will entitle registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received after close of business on Friday, August 16, 2024, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after close of business on Friday, September 13, 2024. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows are responsible for entire conference fee. Please send notification of cancellation or substitutions to info@neach.org.
***HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm ET on Friday, August 16th. Please note, available inventory may sell out prior to cut off date. Once the room block has been filled, reservations will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing guestroom rate. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the group at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm ET Sunday. Checkout time is by 11:00 am ET. HOTEL CANCELLATIONS: Individual reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the guest room rate for the entire length of the reservation.
