Welcome to the School of Compliance! In this session, we begin our journey toward learning the ins and outs of payments compliance. This session, open to any of our members at no cost, will give you more insight into the value behind attending our NEACH U schools. Throughout the contents of the school, you will learn about topics such as managing a culture of compliance, lines of defense, balancing AML/CFT (BSA/AML) and payments compliance, and other rules, laws, and regulations associated with payments compliance. We will dive into sessions that explore payments compliance, risk management, and best practices.
In this session, we set the tone for this program and introduce some of the key concepts that will help you be successful in navigating the School of Compliance. In addition, we will explain program expectations, upcoming live session dates, NEACH U Community access, and other resources available to help you be successful in the compliance program. We are excited to have you join us in our first year of offering the NEACH U School of Compliance program!
Attendees of the Introduction to the School of Compliance should walk away being able to:

• Identify the main topics covered in the School of Compliance
• Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements for completing the School of Compliance
