The consumer payment landscape has become complex. It’s a far cry from the days when account holders just had cash, checks, and even cards to transact on their account. Over the past decade we have seen a digital transformation that has significantly changed human behavior including the way people make payments. In today’s environment we have a wide array of services such as account-to-account transfers to “pay people” services, bill payments, and even making payments over smart speaker devices!
