The efficient resolution of disputes is a key aspect of customer service. When a consumer reports unauthorized activity, they want their money back yesterday. While some disputes require deeper and more complex investigations, many can be resolved with a few basic steps. In this beginner-level session, we’ll tackle the ground level basics of payments dispute investigations, as well as how to remain compliant with rules and regulations related to dispute/error resolution.
At the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

• List initial steps that can be taken to resolve errors and potentially recoup funds
